The service provider (hereinafter referred to as the "operator") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") as follows regarding the handling of user information, including personal information of users, in the services provided by the operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

User Information We Collect

The following information is collected when using the Service or provided by users through the use of the Service:

• Processed log data that cannot identify individuals, which may include OS version information and device types.
• (Used only for inquiries) Email address.

Purpose of Use

The specific purposes of using user information related to the provision of the Service are as follows:

• To improve and enhance the content of the Service for user satisfaction and for the development of new services.
• For responding to inquiries.

Third-Party Provision

The operator will NOT provide any user, personal information to third parties (including those outside Japan) without the user's prior consent. However, the following exceptions apply:

1. When it is necessary to cooperate with national agencies, local public bodies, or individuals entrusted by them in performing duties stipulated by laws, and obtaining the user's consent may hinder the execution of such duties.

Procedure for Changing the Privacy Policy

The operator may change this Policy as necessary. However, if a change to this Policy requires the user's consent under the law, the revised Policy will apply only to users who have agreed to the changes through the method specified by the operator. The operator will also notify users of the effective date and content of the changed Policy through its website or other appropriate means.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The governing law for this Agreement and the Service Usage Agreement shall be Japanese law. For any and all disputes arising from or related to this Policy or the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed-upon court of first instance with jurisdiction.
